About the Role

As a Client Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving all sales and lead generation activities.

Your role will be crucial in expanding our client base and ensuring sustained business growth through effective growth strategies and relationship management.

Requirements

Salary: $140 per hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all sales and business development efforts to attract new clients.

  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business growth targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Collaborate with the Client Success and Development teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the accounting or financial services industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
