About the Role
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and representing their needs internally.
You will collaborate with our Client Development team to renew contracts annually and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
Salary:Â $50 - 80 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Keep clients happy and satisfied with our services.
Represent clients internally to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
Collaborate with the Client Development team to renew contracts annually.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong empathy and people skills.
Past experience in a customer service role.
Interest in accounting.
Prior experience with Smartsheet.
